Who we are
We are not a booking app. You are hiring the people who show up.
Nextday Cleaning LLC is a locally operated cleaning company based in Lorton, VA. We have cleaned homes across the DMV since 2009 — one-time deep cleans, recurring visits, and move in/out work for tenants and landlords. Our cleaners are employed and trained by us, not sourced from a marketplace when a job comes in.
That matters more than it sounds. It is why the same people can come back to your home each visit, why we can train to one standard, and why there is someone accountable when something is missed.
Omer — founder
Started the company in 2009 and still runs it.
Omer started Nextday after seeing how the cleaning industry treated the people doing the work — underpaid, rushed between jobs, and rotated so often that no one ever learned a house.
His answer was the Fair Pay Promise: cleaners are paid well enough to stay, because the person who cleaned your home last month doing it again this month is what consistency actually is. He answers the phone himself most days.
Maria — head of training and quality
Certifies every cleaner before they work unsupervised.
No one enters a client's home alone until Maria has trained them and signed off on their work. She sets the checklist, runs the quality inspections, and re-trains anyone whose standards slip.
If a clean is not right, it comes back to her — which is why the re-clean promise is a real process rather than a line on a website.

Are you insured, and what happens if something is damaged?
Nextday Cleaning LLC is bonded and insured. If something is damaged during a visit, tell us and we handle it through our cover — you are not asked to claim on your own policy.
Who actually comes to my home?
Employed cleaners who have been background-checked and trained by Maria before working unsupervised. Wherever scheduling allows, the same team returns to your home each visit so nothing needs explaining twice.
What if I am not happy with the clean?
Contact us within 24 hours and we return to redo the work free. That is the whole policy — there is no form to fill in and no proof required.
Do I need to be home, and how do you handle keys?
You do not need to be home. Many regular clients leave a key or entry code, stored securely and used only for your scheduled visits. You can ask for it back at any time. For a first visit we ask that someone lets us in.
